How long will it take to receive my order?
- It may take approximately 5-7 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.Thank you for understanding that order processing may take a little bit longer than big brand stores, as it is just me and my two huskies trying to fill all of the orders.(The huskies are also not very helpful unfortunately)
- I send most packages USPS business class mail, this usually means 2-5 business days for shipping.
- You will always receive a tracking number once packages are sent out!
How long will it take for you to respond to my email or DM?
- Though I try to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, please allow up to 3 days for response.
- If you have a problem with your order please email us as response time will be faster, thank you!
